Philbeck Foundation and Jellico CGMA Unite to Build Safe Shelter for Children in Liberia

The Philbeck Foundation is honored to announce a meaningful partnership with Jellico CGMA, coming together with one shared mission: to provide safe, secure shelter for vulnerable children in West Africa, Liberia.

In many communities across Liberia, children face unsafe living conditions and limited access to consistent care. Through this partnership, Philbeck Foundation and CGMA are working hand in hand to construct shelter and orphanage facilities that offer not only a roof, but protection, dignity, and hope for a better future.

The initial phase of construction focuses on creating a secure living environment where children can rest, learn, and grow in safety. As the project continues, plans are already underway to expand the facilities, allowing for separate dormitories for boys and girls. This intentional design ensures greater safety, structure, and care for every child served.

“This partnership represents what’s possible when faith and action come together,” said representatives from the Philbeck Foundation. “We’re not just building buildings — we’re building foundations for stability, healing, and long-term impact.”

CGMA has been a committed partner in both vision and action, supporting the project with prayer, resources, and a deep heart for global outreach. Together, both organizations are dedicated to continuing construction as resources allow, ensuring that no child is left without a safe place to call home.

This work is ongoing, and this is only the beginning. As construction progresses and additional shelters are built, the goal remains clear: to protect children, restore hope, and create environments where they can thrive.

More updates to come as this mission continues.
